For our toddler friends, gather items that are either circles or triangles and help them sort the shapes into two groups.

Head outside and play a game of “I Spy”. Find things outside and describe how they look, smell, feel, or sound to help your child identify them. Like this: “I Spy, with my little eye, something that is yellow and smells good” or “I Spy, with my little eye, something that is brown and rough to touch.” Then your child can run and touch what they think you are looking at.
